The Miracle of Ko’olau” is the extraordinary story of how a pastor and his church showed out-of-the-box thinking by buying a $120-million 246-acre golf club and banqueting business with only $200,000 in capital savings. It’s the saga of vision-casting, change management, high risk, faith, pain and sorrow, ending with the property being fully paid off 11 years later in August, 2017 realizing a thriving profitable business model that ministers to the marketplace in a creative, effective way and brings about social justice.
